FAQ: What happens to my pots after class?

After your class, your pots will have to go through a series of works completed by the TPS Team to become durable and functional pieces of pottery.

For Introductory classes / one-day workshops / private events, your pots will be ready for pick up roughly 6-8 weeks after the date of your class. You will receive a pick up email when they are ready.

For term classes, your pots will be ready roughly 2 weeks after your last class. You will receive an end of term email with a pick up date.

FAQ: How long do I have to pick up my work?

The studio will hold your pieces for you for up to 2 months after the date of the pick up email. After which we unfortunately will have to discard/donate your piece.

(Apologies, but we have a small studio and no means of storing work for longer).

FAQ: Can you post my work to me?

Yes we can. Simply reach out to us via email with your name, the date of your class, the number of pots you have, and your postal address.

There is an additional $15 for shipping, and the studio does not take any responsibility for any damages/lost of pots as a result of AUSpost.

Intro Any reschedulling/cancellation requests 14 days before the commencement of your class will be approved, simply send us an email and we’ll sort it out.

We understand sometimes life gets in the way. If you need to miss a class, please contact us via email and we will do ur best to organise a make up class for you. Please notify us as soon as possible, so your pieces can be prepped according to the class schedule.

Because we do not guarantee make up sessions, the earlier your notice, the better (first come, first serve). The studio does not offer and make up classes outside of the term period, and does not offer any refunds once the term has commenced.
